Dispute or remove a report

If you represent a business named in a report and believe it is inaccurate, or if a report includes personal information or isn’t about a real experience, tell us here. Report writers can also use this form to have their own report removed.

• We review requests in the order received and may unpublish a report while we look into it.
• We may remove the report, label it as disputed, or leave it up if it follows our posting rules.
• We don’t take sides in disputes between customers and businesses, and we never accept payment to remove or change reports.
