Posting rules
Reports help others only when they’re honest, specific and fair. Every report is reviewed against these rules before it appears.
Do
- Share your own experience. Something that happened to you, not something you heard about.
- Stick to facts you saw. The price shown, how often it charged, the trial length, what the screens said, what happened when you tried to cancel.
- Label opinions as opinions. “I think this is far too expensive” is fine. Say what you think and why.
- Be specific and calm. Dates, steps and amounts are more convincing than strong words.
Don’t
- Don’t include personal information — yours or anyone else’s: phone numbers, emails, addresses, account or card numbers.
- Don’t name or describe individual employees, customer service agents or other private people.
- Don’t accuse anyone of a crime (for example “fraud” or “theft”) — describe what happened instead and let readers decide.
- Don’t post threats, insults, hate, profanity or sexual content.
- Don’t copy other websites’ text, or post on behalf of a competitor, for pay, or about a business you work for.
- You must be 18 or older to post.
- Don’t post the same report more than once.
What we do
- We aim to publish only reports that follow these rules, but we may decline any report, and a published report has not been verified or approved as accurate. We don’t rewrite reports.
- We try to automatically hide email addresses, phone numbers and long account-like numbers, but this doesn’t catch everything.
- We may unpublish a report while we review a dispute, and remove reports that break the rules.
- We never accept payment to remove, change or rank reports.
Full details are in our terms. Ready? Report a problem.
